PKR99 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Usage Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkr99 platform, including the website available at pkr99.best, all associated mobile interfaces, casino games, sports betting products and any promotional offers made available by pkr99 from time to time.

By registering an account with pkr99, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood them and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any pkr99 service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkr99.

pkr99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of pkr99 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and use pkr99 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your account's active life:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr99 operates an under-18 exclusion policy with zero exceptions. If pkr99 has reasonable grounds to believe you are under 18, your account will be suspended immediately pending age verification and any funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust or other legal entity — registering for personal, recreational use only.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from pkr99 or any connected platform. If you are currently under a self-exclusion, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one pkr99 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If pkr99 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method, all duplicate accounts may be closed and balances across all accounts may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently opened a duplicate account, contact pkr99 support immediately at support@pkr99.best.

pkr99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, at any deposit or withdrawal and at any point during an investigation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr99 login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account or operate your account on your behalf.

Any activity that takes place through your pkr99 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified pkr99 in writing that your account security has been compromised. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkr99 support immediately via support@pkr99.best so that your account can be protected.

pkr99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings and adds a second layer of protection beyond your password alone.

All deposits at pkr99 are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). pkr99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Payment methods available to your account may vary based on your location and verification status.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 on all methods unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposit fees: pkr99 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in PKR. pkr99 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited at pkr99 belong to you and are from a legitimate source. pkr99 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
• Deposit limits: pkr99 applies transaction limits to each payment method. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.

Deposits made through payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted. Using a third party's payment account to fund your pkr99 account is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

pkr99 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including where fraud monitoring systems flag a transaction as potentially suspicious. In such cases pkr99 will contact you through your registered communication channels.

pkr99 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing timelines by method are:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name. pkr99 will not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method where operationally possible.

• pkr99 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts or where fraud monitoring has flagged an account.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant bonus terms before they can be withdrawn.
• pkr99 may delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is an ongoing investigation into the account, where the account balance is under dispute or where pkr99 has reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• Repeated deposit and immediate withdrawal without meaningful gambling activity ("bonus abuse" or "money laundering") will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

pkr99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome packages, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions such as PSL season offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the pkr99 Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. You must complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your pkr99 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an existing one will void the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is published on the pkr99 Promotions page. Games with very high RTP or certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Minimum odds: Where a promotion requires qualifying bets to meet a minimum odds threshold, the odds requirement is stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at shorter odds will not count towards the qualifying requirement.
• Bonus abuse: pkr99 monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse — including low-risk, high-return betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play. Where such patterns are detected, pkr99 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Promotions are available to one account per person, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. pkr99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All casino games available at pkr99 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is independently certified and published in the game's information panel. Crash games such as Aviator use provably fair cryptographic technology — players can independently verify the fairness of any completed round.

pkr99 sports betting, including PSL markets, operates on the following terms:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Acceptance of a bet constitutes a binding agreement at those odds regardless of subsequent odds movement.
• pkr99 reserves the right to void bets placed after a result is known, or bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or incomplete play, bets will be settled in accordance with pkr99's published sports betting settlement rules for the relevant sport. For PSL cricket, match bets are void if a valid match result cannot be determined under DLS or other standard cricket methods.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and system performance. pkr99 is not liable for bets that could not be processed due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• pkr99 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its discretion, including from accounts displaying patterns consistent with professional betting or arbitrage.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits per event are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. These limits may differ between markets and events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one pkr99 account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using another person's payment account to deposit into or withdraw from pkr99.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or other automated means to interact with the pkr99 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical faults will be void and are not withdrawable.
• Collusion with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or placing bets based on inside information regarding the outcome of any sporting event, including PSL matches.
• Money laundering — using pkr99 as a mechanism to introduce or clean illegally obtained funds.
• Systematic arbitrage betting across pkr99 and other platforms.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other technical means to circumvent location restrictions or platform security measures.

pkr99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory investigations. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkr99 will preserve all relevant account data and transaction records and may share this with appropriate authorities.

pkr99 takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available directly within your account settings and do not require contacting support to activate:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your pkr99 account. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it applies.
• Loss limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets or a reduction is made.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off: Take a break from pkr99 for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period your account will not accept deposits or bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from pkr99. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period. pkr99 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded accounts.

pkr99 will not accept bets from any account that has an active self-exclusion. If you believe your account has incorrectly accepted a bet during an active self-exclusion, contact support@pkr99.best immediately.

All content on the pkr99 platform — including but not limited to the pkr99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkr99 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, modify or create derivative works from any pkr99 content without prior written permission from pkr99. Scraping odds data, game results or any other data from the pkr99 platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

Casino game content is licensed to pkr99 by independent game providers. Each game's IP remains the property of its respective developer. Displaying, streaming or reproducing game content outside the pkr99 platform without authorisation is a breach of both these Terms and the applicable game provider's licence terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the pkr99 platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance downtime or connectivity issues beyond pkr99's reasonable control — including failures of your internet service provider, mobile network or payment provider.
• The actions of third-party game providers — including any technical faults within individual casino games, where pkr99 will pursue resolution with the provider on your behalf but cannot guarantee outcomes.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any delay in payment processing by your chosen payment provider once pkr99 has initiated a withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr99's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. pkr99's maximum liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of your pkr99 account balance at the time the claim arises.

pkr99 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by a notice displayed when you next log in, by email to your registered address, or by both. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before they take effect.

You may close your pkr99 account at any time by contacting support@pkr99.best. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

pkr99 may close or restrict your account at any time and without advance notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• pkr99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, prohibited conduct or money laundering.
• Continuing to hold your account would expose pkr99 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• You have voluntarily self-excluded.

Where your account is closed by pkr99 due to a breach on your part, any balance in the account — including real-money funds deposited by you — may be withheld pending investigation. pkr99 will communicate the outcome of any investigation and its decision on the balance within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the pkr99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr99's operating jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through pkr99's internal complaints procedure.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of pkr99's service, the first step is to contact pkr99 support at support@pkr99.best with a clear description of the issue. pkr99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days. Where the matter relates to a specific bet or transaction, please include the transaction ID or bet reference in your initial contact to allow pkr99 to investigate efficiently.

pkr99 will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. Where a complaint involves a game outcome dispute, pkr99 will request log data from the relevant game provider and share the findings with you. All certified RNG game outcomes are final — pkr99 cannot alter a game result, and an unfavourable result by itself does not constitute grounds for a refund.
